Integrated Production is defined as “an agricultural production system that favors the use of resources and natural regulatory mechanisms in partial replacement of chemical substances, ensuring sustainable agriculture”. The adoption of this method allows for greater environmental protection and greater safety guarantees to consumers.
The essential elements are the centrality of the agricultural company and its agro-ecosystem and the conservation and improvement of soil fertility and biodiversityBiological, technical and chemical methods must be carefully balanced, taking into account environmental protection, economic viability and necessary social requirements.
All this allows us to enhance the products obtained to the fullest, as integrated production is an eco-friendly cultivation method that involves the adoption of techniques that guarantee a lower environmental impact and a reduction in the release of chemical substances into the environment.
