Accreditations QMS Italia S.r.l

The EA multilateral agreement (EA MLA) is an agreement signed between the members of the European Accreditation by which the signatories recognize and accept the equivalence of the accreditation systems managed by all signatory members, as well as the reliability of the results of the conformity assessment provided by Conformity Assessment Bodies (CABs) accredited by signatory members.

The market acceptance of the multilateral agreement and thus of the conformity assessment results provided by CABs accredited by the signatories of the multilateral agreement is of fundamental importance for the internal market in Europe in order to facilitate cross-border trade and to demonstrate compliance with European legislation for products and services as well as contributing to the protection of health, safety and the environment.
